Atlanta native and word nerd Meredith P. is a ravenous technophile, reluctant morning person, down-low foodie, landlocked surfer and scuba diver, and an avid traveler whose cheeky, soccer playing son recently left for college.

When she’s not busy acquiescing to her wanderlust, attending her son’s games or appeasing her gluttonous appetite (for food and for life), Meredith enjoys getting paid for being herself– a rebel raconteur.

She has been an integral member of the editorial launch teams for several magazine startups and has been published hundreds of times as a feature journalist with specific expertise in lifestyle and popular culture. She also has been a part of numerous award-winning publishing and marketing teams and, in 2011, was named one of Atlanta’s top creatives by CommonCreativ Magazine.

She holds a PhD in Communication (Media Studies), Certificate in WGSS, M.A. in Communication and a B.S. in Communication with a concentration in Media Studies and a minor in Writing for Public Communication.
